Broken App! Ask to change app from previous one to this broken app before 30 june 2021. I can't even login. Emailed them, got no response. Requested email verify, but no return email in my inbox from tgem despite written 'please check your inbox'. Can't even login, how to pay bills??? Was doing just fine with that old app. Asking your customer to change app, but the app is in broken condition. Please fix this! I cant pay my bills, and you will cut my internet in a split of second!

Dissapointed. I try to use it at latest phone, the latest update can't get two type bill in one apps. I have unifi home and mobile. Before this i can check both bill in one apps, but now it separate and need both apps that kind annoying for me. I just get billing update for unifi home only now. Why need to install two apps that can get in one apps before this.

Still cannot login with apps (v4.52.0). Been like this since Nov 2022. No help from customer service. Getting the error "Your session has expired". Re-login or back to home. Uninstall and reinstalled app still the same. Using both Wi-Fi or mobile data makes no differences. And yes, I have registered an account. I can log in via the website but not with the app. This is so frustrating! Using Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G.
